These nearly
new luxury apartments are ideally located in a gated holiday complex on the outskirts of the small friendly
holiday resort of Olhos de Agua, which is midway between Albufeira and Villamoura.
The development
comprises of two separate apartment buildings in large established gardens. The 2 bed apartment is ground floor
(raised) and has a small south facing private terrace. The 3 bed apartment is on the second floor and is one
of only two penthouse apartments in the complex. It has 2 balconies and a very large private terrace that runs from front
to back.
Both apartments are located within the same block, which makes them ideal for
larger groups holidaying together.
There are 2 separate beautiful sandy beaches within a 10 to 15 minute
walk and within a 2 minute walk is a brand new shopping precinct. This includes a medium size supermarket with ATM cash machine,
fresh produce market, speciality mini market stocking all English brands, bank, bar, chemist, newspaper shop,
bakery/cafe, buffet restaurant/pizza take away and excursion booking agent. In front of these shops is a bus stop and a taxi rank. There are direct bus services from here to Villamoura and
Albufeira
Both apartments have internally operated security shutters and multi point locking
security entrance doors. The whole complex is fully enclosed and gated, with video entryphones for
privacy and complete peace of mind. There is a power operated security sliding gate, that allows access to
the complex and reserved underground parking places. There is also plenty of additional free covered parking within
the complex.
The
apartments are suitable for most age groups and especially people with limited mobility, as they
can be accessed without any steps. There is, however, one small half step leading in to the 3 bed apartment. The
pool area and a fish pond, however, are not seperately fenced and there are some delicate glass furnishings, so
we do not allow children under the age of 5. A hire car, although useful is not essential, as you are within easy walking
distance of the village with its good variety of shops, restaurants and amenities.
The apartments are managed for us by an English couple, who
will be on hand to ensure you have a trouble free holiday.
