January 2009.
Various upgrades have now been made to the penthouse apartment for the 2009 season onwards. These include replacement,
beds/mattreses in the second bedroom and new lounge furniture.
June 2009. Further upgrades have
been carried out to the penthouse apartment, including re-decoration of all rooms except bedrooms 2 & 3, new king
size double bed with orthopedic mattress in master bedroom, second SKY box and PS2 in master bedroom and several replacement
soft furnishings.
August 2009. We have just purchased a further holiday home, near
our home town of Eastbourne on the south coast of England. This is a luxury two bedroom static caravan on a
5 star Haulfryn beachside park at Martello Beach, Pevensey Bay just outside Eastbourne. This small & friendly
park park has excellent faciities including indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, games arcade, play
area, clubhouse, restaurant & bar. We will be letting this home out for holidays commencing March 2010. (See update
below)
October 2009 Further upgrades have been carried out to the penthouse apartment,
including replacement of both bathroom sinks and mirrors with larger types including vanity units. New fire blankets and first
aid kits have now been provided in both apartments.
January 2010 The
new website for our holiday home near Eastbourne has now gone live. The web adress is www.holidayhomeeastbourne.co.uk
February
2010 In the penthouse apartment we have upgraded the lounge TV to Freesat HD. This new system means that you
can digitally record any programs that you might miss when out and about. It also means that you have access to the BBC &
ITV HD channels.
March 2010 We have decided to put the raised ground floor apartment up for
sale as an ongoing holiday rental property. This does not mean that we will no longer take bookings, but it does mean that
we can only take bookings that are not more than 3 months in advance. If anyone is interested, we would be open to offers
on the asking price of 175,000 Euros fully furnished and equipped.
October 2010
We have now reduced the asking price for the two bedroom apartment to 169,000 Euros.

We had a lovely time staying at your apartment and having rented previously
in Olhos D Agua your place was by far the best. It was well equipped with quality furnishings
(especially the comfortable beds) and loads of room for our party of 5, with the very large sofa bed in the
lounge.
We liked being in a quiet residential area but only a short stroll to the beaches, restaurants and bars. Having
a big supermarket at the bottom of the road was also a bonus.
We would definately rent the apartment again and would
have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

The apartment was superb and had everything we needed for a very comfortable
and relaxing stay. it is a credit to yourselves. You have obviously put a lot of thought into producing a complete package.
The kids loved the PS2 and your TV. This came in very handy in the first week when the weather was not so good. Thanks again

Thanks for the use of your apartment it was furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything
needed and more.The welcome pack and wine were very much appreciated .The location was ideal
with the supermarket being 2 minutes away and within easy walking distance to the restaurants and the beach .We
can recommend ACantina restaurant, food was excellent but also enjoyed the food in all the other
restaurants we visited.Olhas is a lovely resort and we have already recommended your apartment and we will use again.

Had a great holiday. Apartment was excellent,very well
appointed and I can't think of anything extra that we might have benefitted from. We found the appartment to be in an ideal, quiet, location with only a very short walk to all the local
facilities, restaurants and bars. The kids had plenty to do, they loved the pools which are very safe. 2 good beaches
within a short walk.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the appartment to friends and family.

Just to let you know we had a lovely time staying at your beautiful penthouse apartment
in Olhos D Agua, what fantastic views to the sea and countryside. The apartment was so spacious and very well equipped everything
we could have needed for a great holiday. We particularly thought the large terrace was fab, great suntrap, we used it a lot

Resort lovely for families
who have kids, with enough amenities and places to eat out. Apartment is very nice and in an ideal location, with nice touches
for kids (i.e Playstation 2). We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the resort and apartment, to our family and
