Apartment Layouts
Both apartments can be accessed from the underground car park (by lift) or the outside without climbing any stairs
at all.
Upon
entering the apartments you have an entrance hall from which there are separate doors leading to all the rooms.
All
windows have primary double glazing and external roller shutters operated by internal pull cords.
Combined air conditioning/heating/dehumidifying
units are installed in all bedrooms and the main living areas, so that you can be comfortable all year round.
Apartment Facilities
Kitchens
Modern & fully equipped
with plenty of cupboard space, Granite Work surfaces, Electric Oven & Gas Hob, Fridge with freezer compartment,
Microwave, Toaster & Kettle. There is a good selection of pots & pans together with crockery & cutlery for
up to six people.
Penthouse apartment has a seperate kitchen with larger fridge freezer and also a
dishwasher.
Living/Dining Areas
Spacious and bright this is equipped
with quality furniture including a very large and comfortable seating unit. There is a large 32" widescreen LCD
flat TV, DVD player, CD player and a SONY Playstation 2 game system. There is also a selection of DVD’s and
PS2 games provided, or you can bring your own favourites with you. All T.V.'s receive local Portuguese channels and also
English SatteliteTV with the penthouse lounge aslo having the benefit of a FREESAT HD recorder. Penthouse apartment
lounge has level access to a front balcony and also a large private terrace with full country and partial sea views.
Double Bedrooms
The 2 bed ground floor apartment has single beds in both bedrooms, whereas the
3 bedroom penthouse has single beds in bedrooms 2 & 3 and a king size double in the master. There are bedside
tables with lamps & clock/radios. There are also wardrobes/drawer units in all bedrooms. Located off the master
bedroom of the ground floor apartment is a sunny private terrace with marble table and 4 whicker style chairs. In
bedroom 2 of the ground floor apartment we have provided a second TV/DVD and in the master bedroom of the penthouse a
second TV/DVD with PS2 and SKYbox.
Penthouse apartment bedrooms all have access to balconies or terrace.
Bathrooms
Both apartments have two bathrooms, with one being en-suite to the master bedroom. Both
ensuite bathroms have washbasin, mirror, w.c, bidet and bath with shower over. 2nd bathroom in 2 bed apartment has shower,
washbasin and w.c. only.
Penthouse apartment has two full bathrooms.
General facilities
Also provided is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer,
and an area information folder. There is a built in sound system for each room with seperate volume controls and
speakers. This has FM radio channels and also has inputs for an MP3/CD player or Ipod. Practically everything you would need
to make you feel at home. For less mobile guests, we also have two attendant style wheelchairs available, one for each
apartment
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted in both apartments to ensure
your safety at all times. As this is a purpose built holiday complex there are emergency lighting and fire protection
systems in the common areas and garage.
