Apartment Layout

The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor and can be accessed from the underground car park (by lift) or the outside without climbing any stairs at all.

Upon entering the apartment you have an entrance hall from which there are separate doors leading to all the rooms.

All windows have primary double glazing and external roller shutters operated by internal pull cords.

Combined air conditioning/heating/dehumidifying units are installed in both bedrooms and the main living area, so that you can be comfortable all year round.

Kitchen

Modern & fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space, Granite Work surfaces, Electric Oven & Gas Hob, Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Toaster & Kettle. There is a good selection of pots & pans together with crockery & cutlery for up to six people.

Living/Dining Area

Spacious and bright this is equipped with quality furniture including a very large and comfortable seating unit. There is a large 32" widescreen LCD flat TV, DVD player, CD player and a SONY Playstation 2 game system. There is also a selection of DVD’s and PS2 games provided, or you can bring your own favourites with you. The T.V. receives local Portuguese channels and also English SKY TV.

Two Double Bedrooms

Each is furnished with quality beds (Double in master and 2 singles in 2nd bedroom), two bedside tables with lamps & clock/radios. There are large built in sliding door wardrobes and drawer units in both rooms. Located off the master bedroom is a sunny private terrace with marble table and 4 whicker style chairs. In the twin bedroom we have provided a second TV & DVD so that there is a choice of viewing for all those in the party

Fully tiled with full size bath, Low level WC, Bidet and Vanity washbasin unit with mirror above.

Bathroom 2 (Off Hall)

Fully tiled with Shower enclosure, Low level WC and Vanity washbasin unit with mirror above.

General facilities

Also provided is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, and an area information folder. There is a built in sound system for each room with seperate volume controls and speakers. This has FM radio channels and also has inputs for an MP3/CD player or Ipod. Practically everything you would need to make you feel at home.

There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted in both apartments to ensure your safety at all times. As this is a purpose built holiday complex there are emergency lighting and fire protection systems in the common areas and garage.
